You're a reminder of my past

When we were in high school we had a blast

But they are just memories and days gone by

Now I alone and sad 

I miss you all the time

When I'm at home I find my self alone

Most night I prefer the torture 

Oh the lonely pain

That I sacrificed our love

and you move on like I didn't matter any more

This jolted me into the next century

It as only one night December 31,1999

I found your note around midnight

Yes you went to start a new relationship

for the new century and a new man in you love life

I was discarded 

no bigger heartbreak than a break up at midnight

I been spending the rest of my life getting over it

Don't want another woman in my life

I once had two kids and a wife

Now I lonely and broken hearted

and Have two kids who love me

I happy to see they come to their senses

and realized it's not all my fault

I was just the fall guy the one who had to move 

away from the mess she made
