First Cat Poetry

She a kindly purr and furry cat

A friend for life if you know where I'm at

A cute little nose and whiskers on her chin

If you couldn't love her that would be a sin

Kind hearted and true

She reminds me of you

A heart of gold

Trust worthy with a soul

She has nine lives and has not lost one yet

She lives with me and is my pet

She is in her golden ages for a cat

They live 10-15 years at best

All you need to keep her 

is too keep the litter box clean

and feed her cat food and put out 

some water if you please

She's a pretty darn cat

They don't make them better

She aims to please

Every night she sits on my lap

as we both fall asleep
