Tori our Golden Cat

Oh That fine golden cat

the one with the golden hair

Angel like features and a smile

You just can't compare

Golden cat eyes

with a button up nose

Beautiful whiskers 

and fine claws on her toes

There is nothing about this golden cat

I don't like she is special 

Sent from heaven with all delights

Golden cats eyes are crystal blue

When I look into her eyes 

I see only you

You were her best friend

Through and through

Oh Golden Cat Eyes

Come lead me to you

While reading, I was reminded of a beautiful poem by TS Eliot, Macavity.

"Macavity's a Mystery Cat: he's called the Hidden Paw--
For he's the master criminal who can defy the Law.
He's the bafflement of Scotland Yard, the Flying Squad's despair:
For when they reach the scene of crime--Macavity's not there!"

A beautiful write. I liked the rhyming scheme. Rhymed words, still ringing in my head. I liked your opening para
