The Bearer of False Smile

The Bearer of False Smile

A Poem by Adam M. Snow
"

Ye humble thyself upon thy altar, Calling upon thy bearer of false smile; Lest be known thy truth are lies, Yet oneself ye defile.

"
The Bearer of False Smile
By: Adam M. Snow

Ye humble thyself upon thy altar,
Calling upon thy bearer of false smile;
Lest be known thy truth are lies,
Yet oneself ye defile.
But one day ye would lose thyself,
And thyself would lose thy heart;
And by the month of twelfth be told,
The wake which lies apart.

A artistic sentiment tangled with pretty words. I think your poem has something cryptic abut it, a sort of underlining meaning that stirs the mind and the soul. ^^* I thought it touched on brilliance and opened my mind.

It sounds kind of like it should be a Bible verse.

A lot of hidden tale in this poem. The statements were short and to the point.
"Lest be known thy truth are lies,
Yet oneself ye defile."
Thank you for the outstanding poetry.
