I don’t want to sit in the comfort of your rocking chair,

Looking upon you

Wanting you to pick me up and, hold me in the comfort of your arms

 

Watching you reach for me

My hearts full of joy!

 

Giggling, whispering, wiggling my toes,

 

Seeing you smile, tickling my funny bone,

Leaping with teddy bear hugs

Hanging onto you

 

Watching the warmth

Of

Mother Natures

Early morning sunrise

Rise and grow within the reflection of your eyes

Aww what a bear-y delightful write. It brings a ray of sunshine even on this cloudy day. It evokes the little girl in me and raises different emotions, since I always wanted a teddy bear and was not allowed to have one. The words of longing to be held and cuddled again remind me of childhood and I can really relate to it. But, your happy ending lifts my spirits. It seem this Snuggles has a tender heart. I really enjoyed reading this.

I do so love teddy bears. Every year for Christmas my father would by me a brand new teddy bear. Just a special gift to me. Now he is passed away and I so miss them. These poems reminded me of those special memories. Thank you!
