I Miss You

A small, probably mediocre poem for someone I miss.

If I cry, I'll cry alone

and if I smile,

maybe I can live another day.

If I miss you

then I'll miss you

and if I try to set you free

then I'll be free, too.

Neh :/ This is really just the base to a poem that I'll add in later, I know I have something here (or I think I do, anyway) and I'll add on later, but it's late and I'm sleepy and the idea just popped into my head.

I think its a start to a really great poem, I know its about someone you miss so its personal.Sometimes those pieces can take a minute to put together .Whenever you decide to finish it that will be the right time.Your off to a great start : )

I think this is perfect just the way it is. I know what you mean about missing someone...people say it gets easier, i disagree...it will always hurt, life just brings things along that help us forget how we hurt because we focus on other types of pain.
