Our Darkest Nights

Those nights we spend hiding in utter sorrow,

Afraid of the world,

Afraid of the secrets hidden among us all,

Dreading the day we step into the light,

So we hide and stay hidden,

We're alone we are pushing and fighting,

Tearing apart those feeling of ever being brave..

 So that we can stay safe,

Here I am to say it's okay to brave.

Take what those around you are saying and..

Break their words into a million little insignificant pieces,

Show them you are strong,

Show the world a new you,

Show the world you are; 

Shoving past everything in your way; 

Show the world you are ready;

To step into the spot light,

To be seen,

To be Loved,

To Be the real you.
