And here I am again
Feeling too much
For no reason
Everything at once
Nothing and something
Reality and fantasy
Like being right side up
And upside down
All at once
Silence and chaos
A noisy peace
Its black and white
Until you squeeze
And bleed rainbows
It's like understanding everything
And absolutely nothing at all
Tripping over my feet
To end up firmly planted
Upright
And I'm
Disillusioned
Disrupted
Dishallowed
I really like the use of contrast in this poem “Like being right side up and upside down all at once” is likely something many of us feel often. I hope ‘il pleut’ becomes ‘il fault beau’ in your world. You’re important and everyone has a purpose. Thank you for sharing your writing.

Merci beaucoup. I appreciate your review so much, and thank you for your kind words.
It's a beautifully raw piece. Hauntingly so, I felt it when you said, "Silence and chaos
A noisy peace
Its black and white
Until you squeeze
And bleed rainbows"
I at times feel this way.
It feels like a journey through the complexity of inner conflict—where clarity and confusion coexist, and the boundaries between opposites blur. The imagery of "bleeding rainbows" and "noisy peace" is especially striking, painting a vivid picture of tension and paradox. I enjoyed reading this very much :) Julie

Your world is precious. anonymity allows you safety, smiles and smidgeons of time to switch off from the ache and ills of the world on and offline. Is oh so easy to get lost and torn apart when 'things' eat your happiness. You have escaped, such a lucky you! Plus. by the way, your writing, the way you 'speak' - flows like a dream.
