Passive Agressive

Passive Agressive

A Poem by Hallow
"

My mother.

"
Golden ray of sunshine
A rainbow in the night
Hope to laugh again
A star to burn so bright

A carefree and kind lady
With gentle heart and grin
Loved by all the masses
A ribbon worth of win

Birth gave her a cloud
A hurricane of a girl
A dark and dismal day
A tornado in a whirl.

Dark oppressed by light
Choked into submission
Daughter of dark obeys
Speaks only with permission.

Catalytic fervor permits
And the sun is now dim.
Darkness comes to soothe
Despite her ice cold skin.

Storm clouds listen now
To how the sun was loved
Rumble in the distance
Thunder from up above.

I am the child of the dark
A blight to all that shines.
I wonder if Hell will enjoy
My grim, depressing rhymes?
