A Small Taste

A Small Taste

A Poem by Sri Gawn Tu Fahr

Close your eyes and imagine this scene: a beautiful alpine meadow, brilliant flowers in resplendent bloom, a majestic grizzly slowly strolling along a babbling brook, and a warm, glorious golden sun shining high above. Lovely eh? Of course,we all imagine it differently. Since your eyes are closed, who is looking at this picture? It is your true self, soul, seeing with higher senses. This is a small taste of who and what you truly are.

The mind can take us to good places if we allow it. I like how you open the poem. A wise person tries to find the good in everyday of life. I like the last line.
"This is a small taste of who and what you truly are."
A outstanding poem with great wisdom.
