When Trick-or-Treaters loom

Haunting night of Mother’s gloom

Ghosts in sugar tomb

 

Silver ball in black sky

Inviting us all to die

Wake not - never cry

 

Night’s end �" Day’s arise

Laughter, whispers, silent cries

Time is our disguise
