Want To Write

I want to write,

But I don’t know what.

Maybe something sad?

It’ll tug at the heart,

Just darkness, no light.

Or maybe something glad?

It’ll make you feel better,

Give you hope in little ways.

Maybe a combo of the two?

One of those ‘better me than you’?

 

One thing is certain;

When I want to write,

I will, no matter the price,

Anything to get what I feel in sight,

Anything inspiring will suffice.

Hoping someone will say,

‘Hey, know what, you're kinda okay."

No, I don't really want someone to say that, I just thought it fit. I don't know what to write to get how i feel right now out, so I wrote this instead :P

well, I think that this expresses how you feel well. the poem is very well written and expresses emotion(i don't know if this is the word to say... I can't think of a better word...maybe feelings?) greatly. your writing, as always Amanda, is spectacular.
