Life On RepeatA Poem by AmandaIs anybody else feeling deja vu?
She chooses him over me,
Favors another child too. Suddenly she’s oh so happy, Wait, anyone else feeling déjà vu? This happened all before, In another time, with another man. Poor Troy became a bore, As did all her others fans… I don’t know how, But she can suddenly forget, Slide the smile off her face with a bow, Only she can’t get rid of her one regret. I only stick around, Because I have no other choice. If I could, I'd be dreamward bound, Finally shouting my voice. That will come later, For now I fake defeat, This time around I still hate her, But now I know my life is on repeat. © 2012 AmandaAuthor's Note
