Just meA Poem by AmandaI'm sorry Mom.
I wish I wasn’t worthless,
That everything I did was right, But I’m just me, My soul isn’t bright, I can barely see, Why my mom wasn’t birth-less. I wish I was like you, On top of the world, With nothing to lose, Your toes curled, And weightless from the booze, I want to be free, too. But nothing will change, I’ll always be the worst to be, A dog with a dirty mange, But hey, I’m just me. © 2012 AmandaAuthor's Note
