RiddleA Poem by SumoAn attempt to make the reader think the poem is about one thing, yet it's about another. So it's sort of a riddle I suppose.
Ornate beauty, a sight to see
Some edges straight, some curvy A steady rhythm, never ceasing Opportunity aplenty, never decreasing Constantly in motion, slowly but surely Whether it's late at night or early One arm extended, reaching towards your goal The other held close as if to show You should keep the future in sight But never take the small steps light Seize every opportunity as it comes your way Tomorrow is never guaranteed, so use today Time will continue to pass by So what am I? © 2018 Sumo |
