One More Call

It feel like it was yesterday I got that call
Tears rolled off my cheeks as I began to bawl

My heart split knowing you were gone
I knew for awhile it wouldn't be long

Too afraid to imagine you no longer around
I feel now, as if my feet has left the ground

Each day since, I'm afloat drifting through life
Your struggles have ended, no more strife

While I attempt to piece myself back together
when my time comes we'll be together forever

Each Sunday I got to hear your voice
When we meet in heaven and hear it once again, I'll rejoice

I still wish, for one more call....
