Loss

There's moments in life where the world stands still
Where no words seem to help or heal

They say time heals all wounds
Always when everything else falls to ruins

A heartache everyone feels at some point in time
I try to get out my pain within my rhyme

Those we love dissappear one by one
The battle against death is one that'll never be won

Hold their memories close to your heart
Knowing you won't be forever apart

Rejoice to know you'll see each them again
When we rise up to join them and eternity begins

Until that time let them live on through me and mine
Passing down the lessons I've learned, to always be truthful and kind

Acknowledge your weakness, admit your failures
Set your own personal goals and nail yours

Concentrate on making yourself a better person ignoring each others faults
Put Jesus on high for it's only he who exalts
