In A Blue WorldA Poem by NicolasMalmo (Sweden), 2005...
In A Blue World 2005
All that day I held my heart with firm reins;
For if it galloped off
in your direction,
would it only be headed for pain?
Walking with you that day
You looked too precious to touch
Like a reflection in still water
one ripple could banish you away
But when you plunged into a blue world,
into a sweet blue sea
I stood there frozen, gripped by the moment
and hardly blinked as waves engulfed me
And I couldn’t stop it-
a warmth inside me grew
when you fell back through the years
into a childhood I never knew
How did you dance with early youth,
How did you remember the melody?
And what is it inside you
that just won’t let you see
How can you be so blind
to the grace of you and me?
