Faery Love

Love that can take flight And leave you asking for more.

Sing to me simple words of praise,

Allow me to do as I please whenever it suits me.

Bring to me, your hopes and dreams,

And in return, you shall have all of my heart and soul.

A life of pleasure is what I lead.

No regards for consequences

When I have so much more to do and say, wrong.

 

Oh, the fun and enjoyment I have found in this chase.

“Stay with me forever,” you may plead

But I dare not put you at the mercy of those consequences.
