Five Days a Slave

Five Days a Slave

A Poem by Jordan Wilson
"

More of my thoughts on society

"
Five days, five days a slave
I feel the need to walk away,
But they draw me back every day.

Who am I?
Who will I be?
If they would leave me alone,
maybe I could see.

But here I am and shall forever be,
Five....five days a slave,
Sitting here waiting for my two days away.

A slave to work is what Dad used to say. Nice, well written. Know that feeling very well.
