Scribbles

After I read a poetry book, I became very inspired. However, I had so many lines from poems I had read stuck inside my mind that I was worried I would copy someone else's line!

The poetry inside my head
remnant
bouncing as tissue paper
shredded as to be tossed
If tiniest essence involves
my pencil in this project,
will sin be taken seriously?

Did you know....that stealing the odd line or a very close part of it, is allowed. Otherwise, surely there would be a copyright on inspiration or talent? The odds are too crazy to make a small ball with. Enjoy, inspire and write is what I say! :D

I get the same feeling. Often you can hear echoes of what you've read in your writing, but they just make your own ideas more full. Nice job with this one!
