Guiltless

Guiltless

A Poem by SyberRose

You are in the gazebo of my dreams

                beneath a canopy of mimosa

and you are the light within the moon,

                against whose flame

no winds will prosper~

A turbulent sea could never

shun the echo of the stars

in the luster of night,

                as passion undresses

the sarong of a guiltless affair~

 The stark nakedness

                of defiance consumes

the glare of reality,

                as my silver tongue unclasps

beads of pearly white~

A turbulent sea could never
shun the echo of the stars...

Love this imagery, Rose! I like the form and flow of this romance piece.
