Shadows of A Stranger~

The Earth pens with each star a verse

and each new lunar phase breathes a song

                                within the shadows of a stranger

as he meanders through the path of life~

 

and he wobbles like the libration of the moon

as homeless hearts beat as one~

 

And the chimes within bells of the steeple

 cry for the weary and the old~

 

  while the gibbous moon in the night interprets

                the language of a turbulent sea

and the ebb and flow of the tides whisper

along the foggy distant shoals~

 

 as Karma and destiny meet

in liberation of lost souls~
