Negative Thoughts

So complicated

just when you think it's going well

they remind you

slap you in the head

sit on your shoulder

and whisper in your ear

 

So effortless

to let the weeds take over

bury themselves

choke the flowers

snuff the good thoughts

confuse reality

 

Such an effort

to grasp the insignifigance

of the negative

gain perspective

erase the pattern

and start again
