There was a kid called Tom and his father is a engineer that makes usefull inventions and his freind is called "Kenny". But one day, Tom heard a crash noise so he went to check it out but there was nothing "umm, okay?" Tom whispered with nobody noticing. "H-h-ell-o-o hel-lo? is any body here?" Tom asked but then Tom saw a metal hand come out of the green hill then the arm came out. "What is this? Kenny!!! where are you? I found a metal arm coming out of the cliff!!" Tom shouted loudly as the shard fell and crashed.

This is a great start to what will doubtless be a very interesting story, and I definitely encourage you to continue. If you could just check the grammar, and avoid using multiple exclamation marks it could be even better.
