Tell me .... Tell me.... Oh, tell me...... Please tell me.... Tell me, where do dreams go when they don't come true. Tell me, where do wishes go when I don't believe anymore, tell me where hope flies when all of it seems to be lost, tell me where my inspiration goes when my will has folded fast.... 

Tell me.... Tell me... Oh, tell me... Please tell me.... Tell me how to follow the sandman over the rainbow... Tell me where the candy man's shop is and if it's on Dairy Lane.... Please tell me where the happily ever after reside and when I can move in... Tell me when the fairies will come to carry me to Never Neverland.... Tell me.... 

Tell me.... Oh, tell me.... Please tell me ...... Tell me, where does happiness live when sadness clouds mental judgment... Tell me, where is the joy that the world can sing...

Indeed I think everyone at times asks these questions and wants to know the answer to them.
Life gets hard and sometimes its hard to find happiness or hope.
I'm sure allot of people can relate to this.
I like how you keep repeating the line tell me tell me, repeated lines only make poems more poetic, and that's great.

It's just like this, isn't it? The visual of happiness being displaced by sadness' mental judgement (really nice use of personification), is vivid. You describe great emotion in this piece and the emptiness of thought when there are simply no answers.
