Hush, Angelica

Hush, Angelica

A Poem by TTBoy28

Hush, Angelicia

 He may hear you

Mommy's away so the

 mouse will play

Be careful not to purr

or he'll surely dress your fur

Hush, Angelica

 you're top of his class

 with wit sharp as glass

you wear such pretty little things

your eyes sparkle like diamond rings

Daddy's little girl

He's got his eyes on you

Daddy's out of this world

 whenever you're blue

But hush, Angelica

 He may hear you

Don't tell Mommy

You're his little girl

You're out of her world

I love how at first glance it is a seemingly harmless poem, but when reading it again, you notice such strange, dark undertones that are so subtle.

It was great.

This is a wonderful, most amazing write here.
I really like the emotions entangled in this write.
