I have a tittle when I am not strong

 

To refer to me

you do not see me as "I"

When I am strong

I am lengthened, strengthened

and capped at the top and bottom

Weak

and you belittle Me

and there is a tittle that cannot

do not touch my self

Yet my frailty is exploited more

than any other letter
