None The Wiser

None The Wiser

A Poem by TTBoy28

Coffee or Tea

Maybe they wanted Me

I sure as Hell

Couldn't Tell

The way they both stirred

and the rug on the floor

purred

Left me with secrets to sell

Not hiding around a corner

crossing my chest for some

mourner

I got more than ample knowledge

But they'll never know

what my camera has to show

it can pay my way through college

Someday someone will beg

and plead

someone may even bleed

Believe it,

it won't be me

I'd be stupid if I divuldged

my plan

except to the main man

that lives his life so publicly

Ruining someone would be

a mistake

destroying an innocent life, for

gosh sake

though they need to know they

were wrong

Tap dancing around the issues

wiping a different nose on

tissues

A life corrupted made for

a song
