How can a mother see into her child

To do things from running wild

How can a father teach

When that child is too far out of reach

 

With all the love a parent can give

How can one not grow and live

Listening is something you can do

To keep the circle of life twirling true

 

And with all their lessons learned

There’s no doubt, you can still get burned

When you feel you need to pray, go and bow your weary head

And always take heed to what your parents said
