A Chapter by Tadeja

A melodic sound travelled from the small phone speaker through the air, around a small silver chandelier, under a brown chair, circling the enormous bed, flying up high to the beige ceiling and dashing back down, straight in to her ear. Her beautiful wavy brown hair flew around as she lazily turned to her side in hopes of getting a few more minutes of sleep. She blinked several times, her long black lashes moving gracefully, before slowly opening her eyes, exposing their beautiful blue colour to the morning sun peeking through the window. She looked no different than any other teenage girl but she, in fact, is very much different. Her stomach doesn't rumble in the morning from wanting to be fed and her muscles don't tire from a long day. No, she's not normal. But her body and her movements equal to any other human thus hiding the truth about whom or rather what she really is. Raising her arms in to the air, she stretched and, smiling, got up from her bed. She seemed fragile to the human eye but if you knew her true self then you'd be surprised at just how strong she really is. Turning up the radio speakers, she danced around her room, not knowing that outside her window stood the person that will turn her life upside down.

"No, no, no, no! Don't save. Am I sure? Of course I'm bloody sure!"
