As I sit and stare,

I think.

I think about everything that’s happened

And what’s to come.

Dare I speak the words?

This poem is really good. I thought how you described 'thinking' was simple, but in a good way. It didn't have any unnecessary complications; it just put everything on the table. All in all, it was an excellent poem!
