Our Fantasy

Why our teachers has to be mean
When it comes to our dreams
I don't think it is a stupid thing
And without achieving it I won't leave

People all around of me thinks the same
That fantasy is what keeps us keen.
Whoever thinks this is a shame
Shall never enjoy of what to be seen

I find it ridiculous that teachers often want to stymie our own personal passions for what they deem as successful in society. They have a huge influence on how we grow and make choices in life, so I would find it more realistic if instead of destroying our fantasies, they push us towards our dreams. I know teachers on both areas of the scale and it is truly wonderful when a teacher believes in your own potentials and desires, even if they seem ridiculous at first glance. Great job!

I believe the schools should put more emphasis on creativity and the dreams of the children. What they are good at and want to do to an extent. Thanks for sharing!
