Fear

"As I found easier ways to make my anxiety go away,

I keep telling myself, that's just another coward movement.

As long as you keep sinking in that feelings of dispair,

you will never be in true rest."

I like the overall theme of what you're saying. And I agree. As to whether this is poetry or not - it's entirely up to the poet. Poetry doesn't have to have a specific structure, and can be as abstract as you like.
