I Want to Let go

I don't know what I'm doing anymore. I just really want to give up. I promised him I wouldn't but it's getting too hard, I can barley breathe anymore and I am too dizzy all the time. I really think this is it and I'm going to die. I'm on the verge of a breakdown and am so ready to let go.
