Terms Of Service

Just so you know what you're getting into... it reads like poetry, really.

Aresta Enterprise does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for via the Service, you grant Aresta Enterprise a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify and publicly display such Content on the Service.

You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless Aresta Enterprise, against any claim arising from any content that you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service."

Ayup... if you had not read this previously then I'm glad you did. It's good to be aware. Personally, I think it's an unnecessary and onerous constraint imposed upon authors by an otherwise useful and likeable site. One shouldn't have to worry about the possibility that this will impact future sales of ones work (or worse).

No I didn't read it before, all the fine print is usually gobbely goop to me and it carries on for days...thanks for making us/me aware.

Please, spread the word if you think it's worth the effort. It would be reprehensible for some budding author to post one of their masterworks here for a little feedback and suddenly, at some point in the future, become painfully aware that nobody will buy or publish because of this and the implications for future revenue, etc..
