GLASS WALLS OF INVISIBILITY

GLASS WALLS OF INVISIBILITY

A Poem by Tasi83

The world now looks as if it were a single, transparent, unbreakable curtain, which is increasingly difficult to peek through; a person is pulled on a leash by fame, a dishonest career desire, manipulations, a whole series of compromises, and he can forgive himself less and less.

Because now even the awake sleeper sleeps with the holy peace of sinners, who is not awakened by the growling barking of a dog or a company of drunken brats who want to pounce, drowning in themselves in the rusty chains of their rage.

Everyone would pocket even the tamed handshake, if only it were necessary for them to trust anyone; the uncertain Future would also have to be effectively taken apart to its threads, so that the operating principles of fates and tragedies could be understood. As if everyone would rather live backwards than move forward. Because shipwrecked people cannot always be cast ashore on an uninhabited reef island. It is a shame to utter the chattering half-words if there is no temporary guarantee behind them.

As if the present were to be wasted in an endless clock change, just like the eternity of minutes, because man - by an unconscious act - entangles all directions and then untangles his Gordian knots with increasing difficulty, because he is always rowing against the current, which is constantly sweeping him back and forth.

There are fewer and fewer people among people who can understand the encrypted, conventional Morse code, from which they could still understand cheerfully, Three or four days of blackened beard on the pores of the face, and man can no longer think of himself as up to date. His soul, like a fishing net, whose tears he cannot mend, because he does not want to be a part of this unworthy, earthly flow. Even infinite belonging cannot replace the betrayals of movements.
