He Doesn't See It

He Doesn't See It

A Poem by Kiara

He doesn't know
That it's all an act.
I can't believe he doesn't see it.
Every word of forced happiness
Rips another thread in two.
Now there are so few holding me together.
He can't see that I'm lying so he can be happy.
It will hurt him now but he'll be fine later.
I wish he would see
Because I really don't want it to be this way.
