It's Always Raining in Chicago

It's Always Raining in Chicago

A Poem by Kiara

Where do you turn

When there’s no one to turn to?

Who do you ask for help

When all your friends have left?

When you’re so alone,

And the rain never stops,

What happens to you?

You have no one

To turn to

For help.

You just feel so lonely

And you don’t see me

Trying to help.

I want you to live

And be happy

But you have other plans.

Your plans are…

Not the best….

You want to end your life

And leave me here.

You can’t see the sun

Through the rain

And soon I won’t either.
