School... -Sigh-

A Poem by Kiara

The heating vent thrums
And the teacher speaks.
Meanwhile,
I sit here.
I think,
I write,
I gaze into space.
He tells us to pay attention,
But I'm not sure who he's talking to.
He didn't look at me when he said it.
Instead he stared down the front row.
My seat changed drastically.
First I was sitting at the front right seat.
Now I'm in the left back seat.
I like this.
People can't stare
Unless they turn around.
He can still see me
But not as well.
I hope his glasses don't work well.
I should be taking notes and focusing
But I just can't.
There's just no point;
I have way better things to do.
This doesn't make sense.
It's just a bunch of letters
To represent something.
O is Oxygen
And H is Hydrogen.
H2O is water, okay?
After that,
It's just crazy.
Who invented this???
And WHY???
