Flickering Flame

Flickering Flame

A Poem by Kiara

Here lies
The wood enflamed,
Light gladly dancing
Over the grass around it.

The flame never dies,
It frolics,  tamed.
It's forever prancing
The ash around it.

The flame never cries
Or by death it would be claimed.
It's always entrancing
The simple children around it.
