Piercing the Veil of Clouds

Piercing the Veil of Clouds

A Poem by Kiara

The clouds all fail
To make their veil.
The sun shines through
Bright and true.
The wind attacks
The cool clouds' backs.
Defenseless, the clouds turn.
In the sun, their eyes sting and burn.
The sun pierces the veil
And when all the clouds fail,
The sun shows itself
Fearless and in good health.
