If They Care

If They Care

A Poem by Kiara

If people really care,

Why do they not step forward?

Why do they not announce

That we are not alone

In this empty world?

If people really care,

Why do they just stand there

And watch us cry?

Why do they just

Watch us hurt

And do nothing to help?

If people really care,

Why do they ignore me

When I’m begging,

Pleading,

For help?

Why don’t they at least try?

People do care, they just are scared of what other people are going to think about them. Honestly, I think they don't have a pair of balls to stand up for someone. I for one will stand up for anyone who I care about. Including you Taylor. :)

People dont care, death cares, and mental anguish. For they never leave you, and always embrace you openly. You have proven yourself through this, to be a capable minion. I am pleased!
