Deleting Myself

Deleting Myself

A Poem by Kiara

I'm going through our pictures.
I'm watching your smile
Fade away.
The button clicks
Again and again.

I'm deleting us.
I'm deleting what we had.
I'm deleting my life.

I needed you
But I was blind.
I needed you
And now I'm erasing you.

I'm deleting us.
I'm deleting what we had.
I'm deleting my life.

I keep saying I'm sorry
Softly in my head.
A broken voice whispers
You'd be better off dead.

So now I'm
going through our stuff
And pulling out the gun
As I whisper in a broken voice

"I'm deleting us.
I'm deleting what we had.
I'm deleting my life.
....And I'm sorry."

I'm seriously crying Taylor. :'( I'm so sorry for what happened to you, but if your heart is telling you to do this then follow it.
