Four Elements

This is an idea I had a long time ago.

The water reaches down towards the earth and whispers of voices through the Wind

The Wind flys through the grasses occupying the Earth

The Earth houses all beings, working with the unfaultering heat of the suns Fire

The Fire reflects then burns,

racing upon the Earth,

Reaching to the Air,

until it hits

I admire your initial concept of toying with the four elements in verse. I especially like your idea of having one thing lead to the next, so true-to-life. My only drawback is using the word "the" at the beginning of the first 3 lines. (I tend to prune out such words here & there). The best aspect is that your sentiments are very original even tho the four elements are very familiar.

see heres the thing, out of all the elements, water is the only one found in all. water was devided into 3 a long time ago. The sky hold water in its clouds and humidity, the ground holds water in different bodies, and the depth core of the earth also holds water, all elements revolve around this one.
