The beast inside

Controlling your anger can be a challenge.. and no I didn't kill anyone lol

Bubbling Within ,trying to hide the Beast inside.

 It shakes its cage full of Rage. It wants to hunt 

can smell the blood.  I struggle to restrain it . 

 it hates , it hurts . it can never be tamed and forever 

must be contained. Its killed before.

I have felt this way. I was part of a toxic family and my father snd brother emotionally assaulted and humiliated me. As time has passed and having kicked them out of my life, the rage has subsided. I believe that is the only way that would ever happen.
