Snow storm

Hopes for a better world

Howling winds, veil of white . 

snowflakes fall ,cover this world 

in cleansing White. 

Freeze out the corruption, kill the 

sickness within. So that by spring

 we may Begin Again. 

Chill the cold Hearts so they shatter 

and break, let there be no more heart 

ache. May flowing blood congeal , 

Let The Healing begin. May God fire 

Glow again and make this world a better

 place and all evil be erased.

I enjoyed this, a little bit of disaster fetish going on but I get that i's not about that.

Hope can be easier to find in the aftermath of disaster. It brings us together, helps us rediscover empathy. Disruption to our everyday mundane lives can lead to all kinds of things we wouldn't otherwise awaken too. As long as the disaster doesn't kill you in the process of course.
