Falling

Falling

A Poem by Tracie D'Angelo

"

I’ve made a mistake

A grave error

Too close, too fast

I fall to easily

If love were a cliff

I’d be dead

I guess I never had the words

But I had the feelings

You read so much

How come you could never read

What I could never say

Now you’re gone

And now I know what my feelings truly are

I hope it’s not too late to let you know

I hope that, as I fall from that cliff,

You’ll be there to catch me

Awesome! If love were a cliff, I would be dead. Smashing use of metaphors or similies... or something. Love iT!
