POWER OF SUGGESTION.

MY LATE SON AND HIS LANDLORD AND THE NEW FENCE.

Last year‭
I suggested‭
to the landlord‭
about getting‭

a new fence,‭
I even offered‭
to pay for it‭
& they gave me‭

a long list‭
of requirements‭
that would have‭
to be met,‭

which I fell asleep‭
reading‭ & ‬we spoke‭
no more about it.‭
This morning‭

I woke to find‭
to old fellas‭
putting up‭
a new fence,‭

apparently‭
it was the landlord's idea‭
& the rents‭
just gone up,‭

so technically‭
I am still‭
paying for it.
Now‭

that I've acquired‭
the power of suggestion,‭
I’m wondering‭
what I can get next‭?
