He Had No Idea 1993.A Poem by Terry CollettHe had no idea how the funeral went whether many came or few or what flowers blessed the coffin top or what hymns were sung if any. He hadn't known she had died until after and in passing in the street one of her brothers had said cancer ruined her and she was dead. He could picture her as he knew her best take comfort in memory of her eyes and smile and the past looking was like an unknown mile.
